Exploding golf ball strikes!
There is a good backstory to this. My dad bought this exploding golf ball as a practical joke about a year ago. He wanted to play a prank on my friend Kevin.
The day of the tournament, I left the golf ball accidentally at the office. We were disappointed but I said to my dad, “oh well, there’s no way he’d ever believe it’s a real golf ball.”
Flash forward about 8 months later and we were wrapping up a meeting in my office and Kevin picked up the exploding golf ball out of my basket. All the sudden there was an explosion of white dust and noise. Kevin jumped back and flabbergastedly said, “what happened?!?! “
He explained that he had thought it was a real golf ball and he was just non-chalantly gonna bounce the ball off the ground, until all hell broke loose.
So to my dad, I say, “you were right, he fell for it”. Hahah.
