This is a fascinating account from an AP reporter who lives in Gaza. He tells about the devastation of the conflict in Gaza from the perspective of losing his neighborhood. I can’t help but think of what this would be like for me if my church, home, office building, etc. were blown to smithereens. We need to pray that Hamas relents on the rocket fire so Israel will be able to etch out a truce with them.

If you own an iPhone, you’ll appreciate this discovery my wife came across. As you know you have to have skin contacting the iPhone surface to make it work. I’m not exactly sure why, but this makes it impossible to use if you’re wearing gloves. So when it’s cold outside, the process of using your iphone can be a real whipping. This has some sort of material that allows you to use the touch screen with your fingertips, while gloved.
