Mammoth backyard spider devours bird

If you are scared of spiders don’t read this.  Somehow, the scale of the spider to the bird is what freaks me out about this.  I think the bird is much smaller than we probably think, but it’s hard to tell.  Either way, holy cow.

    That spider is so big it could start its own “web site”. It could be http://www.byol.com, that is “bring your own lunch.com”. In fact, that spider is so large, it may have to have surgery on its legs for “spider veins”.
